You can set up a vacation message that will be mailed once to each person that sends mail to you.

First you must logon to the Imail Web interface.

To access the Web Interface Open Internet Explorer and type http://mail.yourdomain.com/ in the address bar.

That will take you to a page like the one below.

Click Logon

Once you have logged on you will see a page similar to the one below:

Then Choose "Change Vacation Message" from the drop-down box.

That will take you to this screen:

Now, simply type in your message and Click Save

Once you click on save you will see a confirmation screen

Click "Menu" to return to the main page or Back to Edit the Vacation Message.

Now the vacation message is set up. When a person sends you an email they will receive an automated response

with the Vacation Message you created. You will still have the message they sent you in your Main Mailbox.

Setting up a Vacation message

Once you no longer need the Vacation Message, just login to Imail and chose "Change Vacation Message" from the drop-down box:

Then remove any text in the box so it is empty (See Below) and click Save.

After you click Save you will receive a confirmation that the Vacation Message was removed:

Just click on Menu to return to the main menu. The Vacation Message is now removed.
